Shipment Processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping method: Park and Terminal Pickup
    In some locations where home delivery might bring complications we offer park or our partner office pickup. Please ensure that you have filled in a valid and identifiable address and phone number for delivery. Hushclothingsng is not liable for any extra  fees charged for extra holding times as this is beyond our control. Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping method: Doorstep Delivery
    We provide doorstep delivery for few locations as of right now, namely, Lagos, Ibadan and Abuja. Please ensure that you have filled in a valid and identifiable address and phone number for delivery. Hushclothingsng is not liable for any extra  fees charged for extra holding times as this is beyond our control. Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping method: Local Pick-up.
    We give our customers the option of using alternative pick up services. A client can decide on what shipping agency to use, you will be responsible to arrange for your items to be delivered to you.  kindly select “Local Pickup” at checkout and the shipping fee will not be included. however there might be little charges for local delivery.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Refunds and Exchanges

At Hushclothingsng, our clients are assured of getting back their payments or make exchange of their orders from our store.

  • Client will have no refund of shipping fee.
  • Refunds are made directly to the account details you will provide in case of refund option, Our clients also have the luxury of making another purchase/order from our store(exchange). Orders on exchange are excluded from the weekly gift package.
  • No refund if it’s a case of wrong information from client, eg wrong measurement.
  • Returned orders shall be inspected for alterations before refund process can be initiated.
  • Orders must be in same condition as received.
  • Our refund processing time usually takes a maximum of 10 working days.
